David
Gales
David Gales is the Chairman of RTS Solutions. David has over 30 years experience in Financial Services and Software. David has served as Finance Director for a listed company with a turnover of over £100m employing 1300 staff in 6 countries and as Non- Executive Director for three technology and services businesses. In total David has 22 years main board experience and has significant understanding of major software product development and implementation through leading and advising technology and services businesses. David also has extensive experience in pricing, negotiation and management of major outsource contracts.
Stuart
Williams
Stuart Williams is the Managing Director of RTS Solutions. He combines sound commercial and strategic business knowledge with a broad and detailed technologies skill. After graduating (electronic engineering degree) and starting work at Phillips Electronics, he led and developed several real time projects in the transportation, manufacturing and defence sectors. He then built a successful career and held senior posts in two systems iIntegration companies namely EDS and BT before succeeding in raising venture capital finance to acquire and run his own telecommunications and data networking company. After four years of growth, the company was sold allowing Stuart to focus on developing further ICT companies in fields covering mobile technology, telecommunications, software applications and information security.
Stuart acquired RTS Solutions, a specialist transportation software company in 2007 and has embarked on a significant R&D and expansion programme to developing several new innovative applications for the transportation sector.
